The following return policy is as follows;
Please note that items returned that contain any self tanner, hair, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, perfumes, any odors, stains, scuff marks or visibly worn footwear and damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed in any way and must have the original tags attached. A $20.00 return fee will be charged to any order that is returned back to you. Please use your best judgement when trying on your item.
Final Sales: Final sale items are items that cannot be returned or exchanged nor will we issue credits or refunds. (As these items become available in the future)

Hair Accessories (Including hats)
Undergarment/Intimates, swimwear and bodysuits
Any sale items
Body Scrubs, Lotions, Fragrances, Skincare, Cosmetics, Lashes
For all other items to qualify for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, unaltered with tags intact and must accompany original order form. **Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date (the date you receive your package). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time pre-paid return labels are not available. Proof of purchase is required on all returns. In some cases we may ask for a photo to better understand the problem and serve you more efficiently.
We encourage you to ship your package using trackable shipping methods and insurance protection, as we are not responsible for packages we do not ship.
Once we have received your return and it has been processed, we will send you an email. Please allow adequate time from the time we receive your package for it to be processed. Standard processing time will be between 7-14 business days. Please download and print the return form and submit it with your order. Return Form
If you happen to return an item back to Poshology after the allotted 15 day timeframe, the item will unfortunately be mailed back to you.
If an item arrives to you damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will ship a replacement item to you. You will be required to send photos of any damaged item or items and packages. This also helps us improve our shipping for our customers.
Package your items carefully; with each item in the condition that you received it in and with all labels attached. Poshology reserves the right not to accept returns sent back before resolving the issue.
RETURN OF PERSONAL CARE & COSMETICS
Due to the nature of Poshology handmade products, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If there is an issue with your product(s) or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to work on a resolution with you. If the product has any defects please contact us. All of our personal care products are made in small batches and some are 100% natural and therefore could be different consistencies and color variations.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and PayPal currently.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours from your order date. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We offer international shipping in select countries and shipping times and shipping cost will vary. We do not offer free international shipping as of now. Time frames for international shipping can be anywhere between 7-21 business days (holidays & weekends excluded). All international orders are final sale.

Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and, FPO Addresses. Orders addressed this way will not be processed and not accepted in the shipping field during checkout. Due to the nature of some of our products poshology.co is not responsible for products affected by warm or cold weather climate (i.e. Body Butters, fragrance, Body Scrubs, Solid Moisturizers, and cosmetics) and as such will not be replaced by Poshology however if you have a question in regards to this please feel free to email us.
**Not under any circumstance can our perfume, fragrances or room sprays be shipped internationally as this is not legal to do. We can only ship those types of items domestically (within the U.S.).**
International Customs, Taxes & Duties:
It is important to note shipping costs will be calculated on our checkout page once your billing and shipping address has been verified. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, broker fees, duties and custom fees, which will be assessed once your package arrives in the country of destination, and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately POSHOLOGY.CO cannot predict what your taxes, duties or other fees will possibly be. POSHOLOGY.CO is not responsible for the payment of customs, duties or taxes. If you should require more information in regards to your countries particular customs policies, please contact your local customs office. Orders that are not accepted or refused by the customer, will still be charged the original shipping and including the return shipping to us.
