All of our handmade artisan products are made in house in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In the event it is an item that we plan on re-stocking, there will usually be a tab on the product page that says, "email me when available" click that tab and supply your email address and you will automatically be notified of the re-stock.
Currently we do not offer beauty product samples for sale, however, we do on occasion include a small 5ml fragrance sample within each order and mostly with first time orders.

No we do not delivery to P.O. addresses under any circumstances.

As frustrating as this is to all of us, unfortunately we have no control over the USPS. We send our orders out between 1-3 business days, but once it is dropped of at the postal office by us, we have no sure way to know if everything has been scanned, processed and put on the right sorting truck appropriately or not. This has been affecting consumers and businesses world wide but we will do everything we can on our end to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner. If you do experience shipping delays, please feel free to contact us and we will always get back to you within 48 hours or sooner, in the manner that works best for you.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00.
International Shipping
We now ship internationally to select countries. At this time we only ship internationally to Canada, Australia, France, United Kingdom and Dublin, Ireland.
We currently will ship your international package via USPS.
International delivery can take anywhere from 7-21 days.
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. Please allow between 24 -48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Under no circumstance can we ship our perfumes, room sprays or sample perfumes internationally as it is illegal to do so. We can only ship those types of items domestically (within the U.S.).

Product
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order and if it falls under our return policies, we’re happy to help. Please check the customer care/returns page here.
We will do our best but sometimes it may depend on the item, however in that case we will put a notation on the item as to if it is a limited edition item, has been discontinued or whether it will be re-stocked.
Each category of products differs but we do print the back of our labels with the recommended use time symbol. It is the little powder box logo with the cap lifted and on that you will see a number, which is the recommended time you should use the product by. We also recommend that you store your body care products in cool dry areas and not in direct sunlight for better shelf life.
Some of our products may have the tendency to melt in transit during shipping or if it is exposed to direct sunlight. In the event this happens and your product looks or feels more liquified rather than solid, please do not open your product, but do place it in a cool area or a refrigerator until it solidifies between 20-30 minutes.
*Should your product freeze in transit due to extreme weather, allow the product to sit at room temperature between 20-30 minutes. Do not expose your product to direct sunlight or leave in hot cars where they will most likely melt.*

Once your order has been processed, we are only able to view the last 4 digits of your card number only and your information will never be compromised.

Unfortunately no, Reason being is because we ship out your order promptly once it is placed so it is virtually impossible to cancel because once your order is placed it is immediately processed.
